Terms of Service and Limitation of Liability

1. Service and Maintenance:

Watchmaking services are performed with professional expertise.

The availability of spare parts for vintage watches may be limited;

in such cases, we use high-quality replacement parts when necessary.

We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or latent defects in

the movement that may only be discovered during the service process.

We do not guarantee the water resistance of vintage watches.

2. Vintage Sales:

Vintage watches sold are pre-owned items featuring wear consistent

with their age. Accuracy and power reserve do not match those of

modern watches. The watch comes with a [X]-month functional warranty

for the movement, which does not cover external damage, the crystal,

the strap/bracelet, or improper use.

3. Limitation of Liability:

Maintaining and repairing vintage watches always involves risks due

to the high age, history, and potential fragility of the components.

history, and potential fragility of the components.

All procedures are carried out with professional care; however,

please note the following:

-Indirect Losses:

We are not liable for any indirect costs or other consequential

economic losses resulting from delays in service.

-Replacement of Parts:

The nature of vintage watch servicing may require necessary

modifications, such as replacing worn original components with

modern spare parts or other adjustments required by the watch's age

and condition assessment.

-Limits of Liability:

Our liability is limited strictly to the service performed.

We are not responsible for any unpredictable malfunctions or wear

related to the watch that may manifest during or after the

servicing process.

4. Shipping and Liability:

Customer Shipments:

Our responsibility for your watch begins only once it has safely arrived

at our workshop and has been signed for. We are not liable for any

damage or loss occurring during transit caused by third-party

shipping services when the customer sends the watch to us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

and ensuring that the package is securely and appropriately

packed.

Return Shipments:

When we return a serviced or sold watch to the customer,

we are responsible for ensuring it is appropriately packaged.

The risk of loss or damage in transit passes to the customer at the

moment the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, unless a

specifically insured shipping method has been agreed upon, in which

case the liability remains with the sender until the package is delivered.
